  1. I have a friend that would like to volunteer in Africa, is this possible?

  2. Marisela,

I just saw this comment. Not sure how I missed it earlier. Have your friend contact Greg or myself and we can talk about volunteering in Africa. No doubt something can work out there.

    Thanks for your interest.

  5. Hi Greg,

I am currently awaiting to leave for a Peace Corps assignment to Africa, but unfortunately could be stuck in the states for a few more months. Robert Donaldson mentioned your organization and I became very intrigued. He recommended that I get in touch with you.

I think what you’re doing over there is very admirable and only wish that more people could share in the same selfless passions as you and your volunteers. Is there anyway I could help? How often do your volunteers travel to Africa?

  7. Hey,

I am a student at Central Catholic High School and am interested in going to Africa this summer to help out RROP. I also have a friend, who lives in Michigan, who might also be interested. Please reply with any info.

    Thanks again!

  8. Hi Greg,
I am so glad to learn about RROP for 3 reasons: 1) I love it that you have clearly adopted your mother’s concern for the most vulnerable among us–her work has made a difference in so many lives; 2) today technology connects us more than ever before, yet the tendency is to try to isolate ourselves from our neighbor’s pain; you have demonstrated how to take practical action in helping others even if they are far away geographically; and 3) if each of us follows your fine example by responding to the need we see, even in a small way, we will all be better for it. thank you for your shining example for all of us!

  9. Looking into doing any volunteer work in Africa. Please e-mail me and let me know of ways I can help out. God bless :)
